The likeable chef from Lucerne is responsible for the culinary direction of the first IGNIV restaurant, which was opened by Andreas Caminada at the end of 2015 at the extensive and luxurious Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. The concept of the restaurant – where the dishes are placed on the table for everyone to share – caused a sensation among Switzerland’s gourmets.
GaultMillau, the influential restaurant guide, named Germann as its discovery of the year 2017 and has awarded the exceptional restaurant an outstanding 17 points.
