The first main course of our anniversary dinner is served by Anton Schmaus. The dish shines in bright colours and convinces with its taste: halibut, calamansi, pointed cabbage and coriander. “I wanted to make a dish which really says something about our kitchen, which is why I decided on this one”, he says.
