Franck Giovannini, the Head Chef of the L’Hôtel de Ville restaurant in Crissier (Vaud), has secured the title of Chef of the Year 2018 and is at the very top of the rankings in the top restaurant guides with 19 points and 3 stars.

Julien Duvernay has been named the first Pastry Chef of the Year by Gault&Millau. Julien works with Tanja Grandits at Stucki in Basel and is the author of the wonderful book entitled “DESSERTS”.
