Tanja Grandits and her team were amazed when the V-ZUG Food Truck opened its doors at 9 o’clock in the morning in front of the Restaurant Stucki in Basel and the two top chefs Fabian Fuchs and Silvio Germann wielded the wooden spoon. Chopping vegetables, mixing sauces and colourfully arranging them: The two V-ZUG Ambassadors went all out for the perfect lunch surprise.
