But where do top chefs find the energy for their perfectionist, detailed creations? To find out, we spent some quality time with our ambassadors. Working out with their personal trainer, relaxing with their loved ones or going motorbiking – our new series goes behind the scenes in our ambassadors’ lives. They let us into their own personal universe and showed us how they recharge their batteries, enabling them to achieve perfection in their culinary creations. In doing so, they strengthen their personal foundations – their roots – and let their creativity run free. Jan Hartwig takes us to the gym: he likes the fact that his training stops him from thinking of anything else – it gives his mind a chance to switch off. “Just like in cooking, a flawless execution is key. My personal trainer Uli really focuses on that, which is something I value a lot”, says the chef. Discover more in the video.
