They let us into their own personal universe and showed us how they recharge their batteries, enabling them to achieve perfection in their culinary creations. In doing so, they strengthen their personal foundations – their roots – and let their creativity run free. As a woman, mother and top chef, Tanja Grandits is confronted on a daily basis with challenges that demand energy, calm and endurance. “That’s why I take particularly good care of my body: from practising yoga and conscious breathing to eating healthy, nourishing food. I have a holistic approach to wellbeing,” says the ambitious top chef.
