The food truck embarked on a personal Tour de Suisse, linking foodies throughout the country to mark the 10th anniversary – for special moments of enjoyment to remember.

Including the Museum Night, the GaultMillau garden party and ESAF, celebrations took place wherever the food truck appeared this year. Star chefs such as Andreas Caminada, Fabian Fuchs and Tanja Grandits treated guests at the various venues to culinary delights. “The great thing about the food truck concept is the room for creativity. But it also calls for a measure of spontaneity”, says Jasmin Riesen, initiator of Lifestyle by V-ZUG. And that is precisely what attracts the star chefs during their appearances: “Improvisation is what makes a cooking assignment interesting”, says star chef Marcel Skibba with a smile. After the celebrations it’s time for well-earned relaxation: following a successful anniversary tour, the food truck is taking a winter break.
