Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar
- 50g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped
Preparing
Melt the chocolate and butter in a warm water bath. Stir the sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla pulp in a bowl and mix with the chocolate until smooth. Put the dough into a cake mould lined with baking paper and bake for 18 minutes on the Hot Air setting at 170 °C.
