• 175g butter (room temperature)
  • 350g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 275g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 vanilla pod, scraped-out pulp
  • 150g macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 250g dark chocolate cut into small pieces


Beat the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar, then mix in eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla pulp. Finally, stir in the nuts and the chocolate. Use a teaspoon to scoop little heaps of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space between them. Bake in a preheated oven on Hot Air 180 °C for 15 minutes.
