

Ingredients for the

- 300g cherry tomatoes
- ½ garlic clove
- Fleur de sel
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation the cherry tomatoes
Thinly slice cherry tomatoes (about 5 thin slices), then place on a baking sheet and season with fleur de sel, garlic and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and either leave in the sun to dry or dry in a preheated oven on Hot Air 80 °C for about 1½ to 2 hours.

Blanch and skin the tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove seeds. Then place on a baking sheet and season with fleur de sel, garlic and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and either leave in the sun to dry or dry in a preheated oven on Hot Air 80 °C for about 1½ to 2 hours.
