Ingredients for the Loch Lomond
- 40 ml lemon balm blended scotch
- 5 ml manzanilla sherry
- 10 ml elderflower liqueur
- Block ice
- Sprig of lemon balm as garnish
To prepare the Loch Lomond
Shake the ingredients in a shaker and pour into a highball glass. Then fill up with soda. Garnish with a sprig of lemon balm.
Ingredients for the lemon balm scotch
- 250 ml blended scotch
- 10 g lemon balm
To prepare the lemon balm scotch
Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 30 mins. Strain with a superbag to remove the lemon balm.
