- 50 ml passionfruit Aperol
- 150 ml Prosecco/sparkling wine
- Cubed ice
- Orange twist as garnish

Prepare in a wine glass and garnish with an orange twist.

- 250 ml Aperol
- 25 g passionfruit
To prepare the passionfruit Aperol
Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 30 mins. Strain with a superbag to remove the pulp.
