  • 50 ml passionfruit Aperol
  • 150 ml Prosecco/sparkling wine
  • Cubed ice
  • Orange twist as garnish

To prepare the Maverick

Prepare in a wine glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients for the passionfruit Aperol

  • 250 ml Aperol
  • 25 g passionfruit

To prepare the passionfruit Aperol

Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 30 mins. Strain with a superbag to remove the pulp.
