Ingredients

  • 400 g figs
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 400 g almonds
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 80 g cocoa powder
  • 160 g flour
  • 10 g cinnamon
  • 300 g sugar
  • 25 g water
  • 200 g honey

To prepare

Chop the figs. Bring the sugar, water and honey to the boil. Mix with the remaining ingredients and bake in a baking frame on the hot air setting at 165 °C for 35–40 minutes.
