Ingredients

  • 400 g figs
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 400 g almonds
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 80 g cocoa powder
  • 160 g flour
  • 10 g cinnamon
  • 300 g sugar
  • 25 g water
  • 200 g honey

To prepare

Chop the figs. Bring the sugar, water and honey to the boil. Mix with the remaining ingredients and place the mixture in a baking frame (32 cm x 35 cm) so that the mixture is approx. 2 cm deep. Tip: The thick mixture can be spread more easily and evenly with wet hands. Then bake at 165 °C using the Hot air function for approx. 30 minutes.
