  • 35 ml raspberry whisky
  • 120 ml coffee
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • Float double cream
  • Raspberry powder as garnish

Prepare in an Irish coffee glass and garnish with raspberry powder.

  • 250 ml whisky
  • 25 g freeze-dried raspberries

To prepare the raspberry whisky

Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 45 mins. Strain with a superbag to remove raspberries.
