- 5 ml lemon juice
- 125 ml rosé wine
- Block ice

- 250 ml vodka
- 25 g freeze-dried strawberries
To prepare the strawberry vodka
Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 45 mins. Strain with a superbag to remove the strawberries.
