  • 25 g green tea
  • 25 g lemon balm
  • 20 g citric acid
  • 1 l warm water

Preparation lemon balm and green tea cordial

Place the ingredients in a vacuum bag and remove the air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse in the vacuum at room temperature for 7 mins. Strain using a superbag then add the citric acid.
