Ingredients for the VP&T

  • 25 ml vine leaf gin
  • 30 ml Pommeau de Normandie
  • 5 ml sugar syrup
  • Tonic water
  • Block ice
  • Grapefruit slice as garnish

To prepare the VP&T

Prepare in a highball glass. Then fill up with tonic water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

Ingredients for the vine leaf gin

  • 250 ml gin
  • 20 g washed vine leaves

To prepare the vine leaf gin

Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 4 hours. Strain with a superbag to remove the vine leaves.
