Ingredients

  • 670 g flour
  • 20 g salt
  • 30 g sugar
  • 15 g yeast
  • 62 g olive oil
  • 210 g milk
  • 210 g water

To prepare

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the milk, water, olive oil and yeast and knead for 16 minutes in a KitchenAid. Divide into 45 g portions. Allow to rise and brush with milk (lightly dust with flour). Bake on the hot air with steaming setting at 210 °C for 8 minutes, then finish off by baking on the hot air setting at 180 °C for another 17 minutes.
