- 50 ml de gin à la rhubarbe
- 25 ml de jus de citron frais
- 2 ml d’eau de rose
- 15 ml de sirop de sucre
- L’eau de Seltz
- Glaçon
- Zeste de pamplemousse pour décorer
Préparation du Blush
Secouer les ingrédients dans un shaker et verser les ingrédients du shaker dans le verre highball. Compléter avec de l’eau de Seltz. Garnir d’un zeste de pamplemousse.

- 250 ml gin
- 25 g rhubarb
Préparation du gin à la rhubarbe
Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and press on the rhubarb. Remove air using the vacuum drawer. Cook sous vide (Vacuisine) for 30 mins at 65 °C. Strain away the rhubarb with a superbag. Attention: Do not use the rhubarb leaves as they are poisonous.
