- 50 ml Cucumber SCHOFIELD’S Dry Vermouth
- 100 ml tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Cucumber peel to garnish

Place the ingredients in a vacuum bag and remove the air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse in the vacuum at room temperature for 30 mins. Strain using a superbag.
