  • 50 ml festive whisky
  • 25 ml sweet vermouth
  • 2.5 ml Angostura bitters
  • Orange twist as garnish

Stir in a coupette glass and garnish with an orange twist.

  • 250 ml whisky
  • 10 g dried orange peel
  • 5 g raisins
  • 1 g cinnamon
  • 1 g nutmeg

To prepare the festive whisky

Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 60 mins. Strain with a coffee filter paper to remove the ingredients.
