  • 10 ml fig leaf syrup
  • 2.5 ml absinthe
  • Lime twist to garnish

  • 25 g fresh fig leaves
  • 1 l 2:1 sugar syrup

Preparation fig leaf syrup

Place the ingredients in a vacuum bag and remove the air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse in the vacuum at room temperature for 30 mins. Strain using a superbag.
