Ingredients for the VP&T
- 25 ml vine leaf gin
- 30 ml Pommeau de Normandie
- 5 ml sugar syrup
- Tonic water
- Block ice
- Grapefruit slice as garnish
To prepare the VP&T
Prepare in a highball glass. Then fill up with tonic water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Ingredients for the vine leaf gin
- 250 ml gin
- 20 g washed vine leaves
To prepare the vine leaf gin
Add ingredients to a vacuum bag and remove air using the vacuum drawer. Infuse under vacuum at room temperature for 4 hours. Strain with a superbag to remove the vine leaves.
